CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Excellent customer care and communication skills.
- Ability to engage positively with customers.
- Provide friendly and helpful service.
TILL / CASHIER SKILLS
- Accurate and efficient operation of a till/cash register.
- Ability to maintain correct till balances.
- Good record of minimising till overs and unders.
SALES FLOOR STANDARDS
- Maintain a consistently high standard of work on the sales floor.
- Maintain good housekeeping and store presentation standards.
- Willingness to take initiative when required.
ATTENDANCE AND TIMEKEEPING
- Good attendance record.
- Reliable and punctual.
