Amrod is looking for a reliable and hardworking Picker to join its warehouse operations in Woodmead.
This is a permanent position for candidates with Grade 12 and at least 2 years of warehouse or similar work experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- At least 2 years of warehouse or similar experience
- Ability to work with RF scanners
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Exposure to Scale WMS and Amtrack
- Ability to perform repetitive work
- Willingness to work overtime, extended shifts and weekends when required
Computer literacy will be an advantage.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:
- Accurately pick products according to scanner instructions.
- Pack and check products.
- Meet required weekly productivity targets.
- Check that products meet quality standards.
- Pack goods carefully to prevent damage.
- Handle stock accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in other warehouse positions when required.
- Support other departments based on operational requirements.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Comply with PPE requirements.
- Report safety concerns or irregularities to management.
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
- Follow company warehouse and housekeeping procedures.
