KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:
- Process customer orders accurately.
- Receive cash, card and digital payments.
- Operate the POS system.
- Assist with basic POS issues.
- Issue customer receipts.
- Process authorised refunds and exchanges.
- Promote specials and upsell products.
- Assist customers with basic queries.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Manage queues efficiently during busy periods.
- Keep the counter area clean and organised.
- Balance cash at the end of the shift.
- Complete and submit end-of-shift reports.
- Help protect company assets and prevent losses.
