KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates will:
- Assist customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Scan merchandise accurately.
- Process customer payments.
- Handle cash safely.
- Process Clicks ClubCard rewards.
- Promote the Clicks ClubCard to customers.
- Assist with enrolling new ClubCard members.
- Inform customers about current promotions.
- Assist with merchandising and product displays.
- Perform general store housekeeping duties.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Keep up to date with products, ranges and promotions.
- Provide customers with accurate product information.
- Contribute to a positive customer shopping experience.
