This is a permanent position focused on the safe and secure transportation of personnel, valuable assets and sensitive materials while following required security procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Valid PSIRA Grade A or Grade B certificate
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Proven security-driving experience
- Good understanding of security procedures and vehicle operations
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Good knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Good navigation skills
- Strong observational and security-awareness skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends
Important: Only applicants with a valid PSIRA Grade A or Grade B certificate will be considered.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:
- Safely operate security vehicles.
- Follow traffic laws and safe-driving practices.
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips.
- Conduct security checks before transporting passengers or making deliveries.
- Remain alert during transportation.
- Identify and respond appropriately to potential security concerns.
- Work with security personnel and coordination teams.
- Follow approved transportation and security plans.
- Record travel routes and times.
- Document relevant incidents occurring during transportation.
- Provide professional service to clients and colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing security and driver training.
- Follow company security protocols and operational procedures.
