MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have:
- Matric / Grade 12 – essential
- 6 months to 1 year of retail experience
- Luxury or fashion retail experience is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver excellent customer service.

- Provide product information and styling advice.

- Support the store in achieving sales success.
Cash Handling
- Perform cash desk duties accurately.
- Manage daily cash-control procedures.
- Assist with banking processes.
- Process manual transactions correctly.
Stock Management
- Complete daily stock procedures.
- Manage customer orders.
- Conduct weekly stock counts.
- Keep the storeroom organised.
- Complete shoe-pairing exercises.
- Help maintain accurate stock and displays.
