JOB DESCRIPTION
The Shop Assistant is responsible for supporting the smooth flow of goods within the depot, assisting customers and colleagues, and maintaining stock presentation and store hygiene standards.
REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.
• Experience in a depot or retail environment will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
• Knowledge of Johnson’s clothing will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Clear criminal record.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist customers with loading and product information.
• Receive, move and pack stock accurately and safely.
• Ensure stock is correctly displayed and replenished.
• Maintain cleanliness and order on the depot floor.
• Support general operational and housekeeping duties.
• Uphold company values and maintain a safe working environment.
