REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 10 or equivalent qualification.
- No experience required.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform routine tasks.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Previous Public Service experience will be an advantage.
DUTIES
- Clean interior and exterior areas, including bathrooms, showers, offices, wards, passages and waiting areas.
- Dust, wash, scrub and polish floors, windows, stairs and fire escapes.
- Clean side walls, medical equipment and fridges.
- Clean spillages and empty bins.
- Remove waste, including medical waste, in accordance with Health Care Waste Management policies.
- Apply Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) principles.
- Rotate within the scope of work when required.
- Perform other duties delegated by supervisors.
