REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 (Matric) (Essential)
- 6 months to 1 year retail experience (Luxury or fashion retail preferred)
- Passion for luxury fashion, footwear, and customer service
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading hours
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cash Control
- Process cash desk transactions accurately
- Ensure zero cash variances
- Follow daily cash control and banking procedures
- Handle manual transactions when required
Stock Management
- Perform daily stock procedures
- Assist with customer orders
- Conduct weekly stock counts
- Keep the storeroom organised
- Complete shoe pairing exercises
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with product selection
- Build strong customer relationships
- Maintain Spitz’s premium brand standards
