Requirements:
• Matric certificate
• 2–5 years’ experience as an Office Administrator
• Construction industry experience will be an advantage
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s licence will be an advantage

Key Duties:
• Manage daily office operations and administration
• Maintain filing systems and project documentation
• Handle calls, emails, and client enquiries
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and contracts
• Assist with HR administration and staff records
• Process invoices and support accounts functions
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Manage office supplies and procurement
• Support project teams with data entry and documentation
