Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum 6 months cashier or till operation experience
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Sound numerical skills
- Good command of English
- Basic customer service skills
- Willing and able to work retail hours
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Handle cash, card, vouchers, and other payment methods
- Provide excellent customer service
- Promote loyalty and rewards programmes
- Manage cash flow according to company procedures
- Process authorised refunds and exchanges
- Ensure all stock is scanned and paid for
- Report suspicious activities and security concerns
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers
- Assist customers with product and store queries
