Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally
- Process till transactions accurately
- Handle cash, card, and other payment methods
- Promote loyalty programs and store services
- Maintain a clean and organised till point
- Assist customers with product and pricing enquiries
- Support promotional campaigns and special events
- Follow loss prevention and shrinkage control procedures
- Adhere to company policies and standards
