Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Security Guard
- PSIRA Grades E, D and C
- Grade B and A certificates will be an added advantage
- Code C1 driver’s licence with PDP will be advantageous
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Tshivenda, Xitsonga and Sepedi will be advantageous
- Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit, alert and responsible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Duties
- Control access and monitor entrances and exits
- Prevent poaching, unauthorised access and illegal activities
- Maintain vehicle entry and exit registers
- Protect park assets and property
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies
- Assist visitors and community groups
- Patrol and safeguard designated areas
- Operate security vehicles when required
- Perform general security-related duties as assigned
