Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Passed:
- Technical Mathematics, Mathematics, or Maths Literacy
- English / Business English
- Technical Science or Physical Science
- Valid Code B driver’s licence or higher
- Must be between 18 and 29 years old
- Must reside in Sasol local communities (Secunda or Sasolburg)
- Able to pass:
- Fire Fighter fitness assessment
- Stress and fear assessment
- Heights assessment
- Confined space assessment
- Fire exposure assessment
- Cat ladder assessment
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the Fire Fighter Learnership Programme
- Complete workplace training and assessments
- Attend all structured learning activities
- Gain practical firefighting experience
- Successfully complete all programme requirements
