About the Role
Mr Price Money is looking for a customer-focused Call Centre Agent to assist with new account applications, customer queries, employment verification, and account-related administration. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with call centre experience who enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 1 year call centre experience
- Experience supporting customer accounts, account verification, updates, and issue resolution
- Knowledge of:
- Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
- POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act)
- National Credit Act (NCA)
- ICASA regulations
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and correspondence professionally
- Verify employment and personal information provided on store card applications
- Update customer information on relevant systems
- Process store card applications
- Review customer financial documents
- Request outstanding supporting documents from customers
- Provide guidance during the application process
- Ensure excellent customer service and minimize complaints
