Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and grilling menu items according to Pedros quality, safety, and presentation standards while ensuring consistency and efficiency in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, season, and grill chicken and other menu items according to approved recipes
• Monitor cooking temperatures, cooking times, and portion control
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Manage stock rotation using FIFO principles and minimise wastage
• Clean grills, workstations, and utensils regularly
• Assist with stock counts and ingredient preparation
• Support kitchen operations during busy trading periods
• Comply with health, safety, and company policies and procedures

Requirements
