STORE MANAGER – PEP HOME

Position: Store Manager

Purpose of the Position

To lead a store team in achieving business KPIs by driving sales, controlling costs, reducing risks and stock losses, managing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales through excellent customer service and world-class store standards.
  • Maintain store image, stock management, and promotional implementation.
  • Minimise stock loss by promoting a healthy store culture and following security, stock, and cash-handling procedures.
  • Manage costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by driving operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure all store administration is completed according to company guidelines.
  • Lead, train, coach, and manage store employees.
  • Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Retail, or a related field will be advantageous.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a retail environment within a leadership role.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite will be advantageous).
