Position: Store Manager
Location: Mokopane, Limpopo, South Africa

Purpose of the Position
To lead a store team in achieving business KPIs by driving sales, controlling costs, reducing risks and stock losses, managing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Responsibilities
- Increase sales through excellent customer service and world-class store standards.
- Maintain store image, stock management, and promotional implementation.
- Minimise stock loss by promoting a healthy store culture and following security, stock, and cash-handling procedures.
- Manage costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by driving operational efficiencies.
- Ensure all store administration is completed according to company guidelines.
- Lead, train, coach, and manage store employees.
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficient in English.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Retail, or a related field will be advantageous.
- 1–2 years of experience in a retail environment within a leadership role.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite will be advantageous).
