Job Summary

Clover Bloemfontein Distribution Branch is looking for a Clerk: Administrative. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing orders on ERMS, sending hourly satellite and interbranch reports, and printing invoices.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management will be advantageous.
  • 2–3 years administrative experience.
  • Experience working with senior management.
  • Ability to work in extreme conditions.
  • Fluent in Business English.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with courier services.
  • Assist with visitors.
  • Perform administrative filing.
  • Process settled and unsettled routes.
  • Ensure all outstanding reconciliations are processed daily.
  • Perform RMA route settlements, checks, and corrections.
  • Follow up on outstanding referrals.
  • Follow up on outstanding jobs older than 24 hours.
  • Update GRV information on the system.
  • Assign resupply invoices.
  • Resolve system support queries (Danone) and Metro file queries promptly.
  • Reconcile Masakhane and Secondary Distribution records.
