Job Summary
Clover Bloemfontein Distribution Branch is looking for a Clerk: Administrative. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing orders on ERMS, sending hourly satellite and interbranch reports, and printing invoices.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management will be advantageous.
- 2–3 years administrative experience.
- Experience working with senior management.
- Ability to work in extreme conditions.
- Fluent in Business English.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with courier services.
- Assist with visitors.
- Perform administrative filing.
- Process settled and unsettled routes.
- Ensure all outstanding reconciliations are processed daily.
- Perform RMA route settlements, checks, and corrections.
- Follow up on outstanding referrals.
- Follow up on outstanding jobs older than 24 hours.
- Update GRV information on the system.
- Assign resupply invoices.
- Resolve system support queries (Danone) and Metro file queries promptly.
- Reconcile Masakhane and Secondary Distribution records.
