Our client is excited to offer a 12-month Contact Centre Learnership NQF 3 specifically designated for candidates with disabilities. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience in a supportive and inclusive environment. The successful candidates will need to have completed Matric with Maths/Maths Lit and will need to reside in the Johannesburg or Pretoria Region

Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend and actively participate in the 12-month learnership program.
Complete all required assessments and assignments within the specified timelines.
Engage in theoretical and practical training sessions related to the NQF Level 3 Learnership program.
Collaborate with fellow learners and trainers to enhance the learning experience.
Demonstrate a commitment to learning and acquiring new skills in a contact center environment.
The learnership will include a comprehensive training curriculum covering contact center operations and relevant industry-specific skills.
Regular assessments and feedback sessions will be conducted to monitor progress.

Matric (Grade 12)
A relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
Proficiency in Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
Candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Basic computer literacy.
Punctual and reliable.
