Job description
Job Objectives:

To correctly execute all operational things to do at the factor of the sale in a well-timed and environment-friendly manner.
To preserve excessive stages of accuracy when scanning merchandise and accumulating fees for items purchased, consisting of actioning Clubcard rewards.
To make sure the protected dealing with of money at all times.
To proactively promote the Clicks’ Clubcard and to sign up new Clubcard participants in order to gain the membership card participation targets.
To make clients conscious of promotions in order to positively have an effect on income and to make sure clients “feel suitable and pay less”.
To supply optimum purchaser-provider by means of appearing as a company ambassador, being visible, and supplying a pleasant and expert service.
To successfully execute and preserve all merchandising and universal housekeeping responsibilities in accordance to keep and visible merchandise standards.
To aid the Group’s imaginative and prescient to be the customer’s first desire fitness and splendor retailer by way of dwelling and riding the agency values.
To keep up-to-date information on products, ranges, promotions, and occasions in order to grant the right facts to clients at all times.

Minimum requirements
Desirable: Experience in a customer-facing position inside a retail/FMCG save operations environment

Essential: Grade 12
Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level
