Job Description
The above role is vacant at Umsuka Wemali Finance (Midrand), reporting to the Compliance & Performance Manager.

The average reason for this function is to operate patron carrier to the Umsuka In Bound Contact Centre

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Matric Certificate
At least 1 year of journey and full expertise of loan income and processing
Experience in customer offerings is essential
Proficiency in MS Word and mainly MS Excel is essential
Problem-solving
Reliable and trustworthy
Must be a group participant and adapt to alternate easily
Strong administration and organizational skills
Numeric accuracy and potential to work methodically.
Computer literacy is essential
Key Performance Areas: (not completely inclusive):

Resolving consumer queries.
Respond to incoming calls from the customers, reply to questions and inquiries.
Answer inbound calls in a well-timed and pleasant manner.
Evaluate troubles and complaints of the callers and grant suitable options to them.
Respond to the clients and grant customized service.
Provide statistics on the company’s merchandise or offerings and generate pastimes in the offer.
