Job description
Job Objectives:

To effectively execute all operational things to do at the factor of the sale in a well-timed and environment-friendly manner.
To keep excessive stages of accuracy when scanning merchandise and accumulating price for items purchased, along with actioning Clubcard rewards.
To make sure the secure managing of money at all times.
To proactively promote the Clicks’ Clubcard and to sign up new Clubcard individuals in order to acquire the Clubcard participation targets.
To make clients conscious of promotions in order to positively have an effect on income and to make sure clients “feel precise and pay less”.
To supply the most useful consumer provider by means of performing as a manufacturer ambassador, being visible, and supplying a pleasant and expert service.
To effectively execute and keep all merchandising and frequent housekeeping responsibilities in accordance to save and visible merchandise standards.
To aid the Group’s imaginative and prescient to be the customer’s first preference fitness and splendor retailer through the dwelling and using the corporation values.
To keep up-to-date expertise on products, ranges, promotions, and activities in order to supply the right data to clients at all times.

Minimum requirements
Desirable: Experience in a customer-facing function within a retail/FMCG keep operations environment

Essential: Grade 12
