Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Customer Service ride in the restaurant by
Ensuring that the surroundings are friendly, heat & inviting
Proactive and solutions-oriented to surpass the customer’s carrier expectations
Ensuring that engagement with the patron is authentic, friendly, excessive energy, and engaging
Executing responsibilities with accuracy, speed, and friendliness, which includes Kiosk interface
Executing KFC health, safety, and hygiene standards
Serving KFC merchandise that meets the standards

Preferred coaching in the Hospitality industry
Minimum 1-year customer-facing experience
Passion for client service


Ability to talk in a clear, concise, and pleasant manner
Strong interpersonal skills
Confidence in a customer-facing role
Passion for patron service
Display exquisite listening and verbal skills
Display gorgeous visitor administration skills
Technically savvy to many more than a few layers: kiosk, deliver, click on and collect
Maintain an excessive and high-quality energy
Ability to multitask
Team Orientated
High interest to detail
Ability to stand/walk and continue to be targeted and alert for prolonged durations of time
Remain tactful when going through a confrontational situation
