Requirements:
Grade 12, Literacy and Numeracy equivalent
At least three years in a warehouse and or logistics environment- Desirable
Spares/Motor/Engine components knowledge, warehouse systems, and procedures
Must be efficient, accurate, focused, and interested in detail
Must have numeracy and literacy skills
Self-motivated and inclined to go the more mile
Must be a group player
Physically fit
Honest and exhibit integrity
Clear crook record

Binning
Ensure the binning of incoming merchandise and the replenishment of stock from bulk to chosen places is carried out as per widespread running methods and requirements
Ensure new merchandise are allotted with bin vicinity numbers in the right warehouse area
Ensure containers are up to date and inventory allotted to new bin areas are mentioned to your most efficient and updated
Assist in replenishment functions
Ensure all incoming items are acquired and checked as per business enterprise standards
Picking
Ensure choosing of client and department orders are being picked timorously to meet order reduce off times
Ensure selecting from bulk areas are solely finished as a choice bin when inventory is depleted and no longer replenished in the selecting section or when choosing bulk orders to forestall the breakage of pack sizes
Carry out all realistic and lawful education pertaining to work given to you via your superior
Follow all applicable approaches to amplify environment-friendly consumer satisfaction
Assist in inventory take procedures
Ensure housekeeping is completed daily
Ensure double tests are executed to hold excessive stages of patron pleasure and to forestall loss of inventory
Ensure set popular operational objectives are performed consistently
Scanner Control
Issue scanners to all operators daily.
Book out scanners on the digital app.
Receive scanners again from operators, check out scanner for harm and e-book again into inventory on the digital app.
