Job Purpose
Conveys tourists with the Riksha Bus in order to provide a memorable experience and help promote the city of Durban as a tourist destination.
Key Responsibility Areas
Receives tourists for the start of the tour, ensuring all tourists have tickets.

Welcomes guests, introduce himself/herself to guests on the bus and gives guests some house rules.
Drives tourists around according to the itinerary.
Ensures the vehicle is in good working condition.
Ensures correct information of the places within the City is accessible and assists in ticket sales.
Undertakes related assignments.

Essential Requirements
Matric/Grade 12.
Valid motor vehicle driver’s license (Code EC) with PRDP.
12 months of relevant experience.

Preferred Requirements
Matric/Grade 12 plus relevant certificate accredited by SAQA.
18 months relevant experience.
