Novartis: Patient Access Business Admin Learnership

Work Location: Gauteng

Job Purpose:

The learnership will provide the associate with familiarity with public sector processes and basic project management.

Key Responsibilities:
-Administrative assistance with Public sector buy-out process and RFQ’s.
-Tender Management tasks.
-General and ad hoc admin within the Patient Access team, including both market access and KAM.
-Provide familiarity with public sector processes and basic project management tasks.
-High-level understanding of market access and funder dynamics.

-Integration into Patient Access team including team meetings and understanding team and x-functional collaboration, and exposure to various access principles and activities.
-Assistance and support as needed per specific task assigned.
-RFQ data capturing and basic analysis.
-Contribute towards improving team efficiencies through administrative support offered.

Minimum requirements
University/College Degree or Diploma: Business, Economics, or Science.
