The appointee should:
Be in possession of a Grade 12 or equivalent
Be computer literate in Microsoft Office
Have sound communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels within the organisation
Have sound knowledge and experience of working on Simplexity
Have proven experience in Human Resources e.g. Manning, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Absenteeism
Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre.
NQF 5 Higher Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management will be advantageous
Control and manage all manning related functions specific to the section
Compile statistical information when required
Oversee the effective administration of the section
Monitoring, Updating, and Reporting of gang cards, manning boards and org units within the section
Controlling/Managing all non-available labour
Identify problem areas and resolve ER problems
