Protection of Denel Overberg Test Range client
property and personnel.
Access control at various entrance points.
Patrols on foot or vehicle as instructed.
Guard duties at various points as instructed.
Fire fighting after hours.
An effective response to alarms.
QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12
SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES AND
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Code B driver’s license.
PSRA Registration – Grade C.
Firearms competency certificate recommended.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED Candidate must be prepared to work
12-hour shifts.
Candidate must be physically fit and healthy.
No stress related or sleeping disorders.
High level of integrity, accuracy and attention
to details.
Well-developed interpersonal and
communication skills.
Well-developed writing skills.
