Overall reason of the job: We are searching for Sales Call Centre Agents that will be the liaison between our corporation and its cutting-edge and conceivable customers. Duties & Responsibilities:

Achieving each day and month-to-month income conversions (must ask all customers for a referral lead)
Achieving each day Talk time & Number of Dials per day
Adherence to name centre “scripts”, verifying purchaser information, assertion etc.
Seize possibilities to upsell merchandise when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and interact clients via going the more mile
Accurate taking pictures of income and clients’ non-public details
Accurate scheduling of fitments
Liaising with clients’ through e-mail

Minimum skills and experience:

Matric / Grade 12
3 years+ ride in a Sales Outbound name centre (telematics ride advantageous),
Proven tune file of an Outbound Sales Call Centre position
Must be bendy to work/be accessible on weekends and after hours if necessary
1 Saturday per month is compulsory
