KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

• Process customer orders accurately.
• Receive cash, card and digital payments.
• Operate the POS system.
• Assist with basic POS issues.
• Issue customer receipts.
• Process authorised refunds and exchanges.
• Promote specials and upsell products.
• Assist customers with basic queries.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Manage queues efficiently during busy periods.
• Keep the counter area clean and organised.
• Balance cash at the end of the shift.
• Complete and submit end-of-shift reports.
• Help protect company assets and prevent losses.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
