Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum 6 months cashier or till operation experience
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Sound numerical skills
• Good command of English
• Basic customer service skills
• Willing and able to work retail hours

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately
• Handle cash, card, vouchers, and other payment methods
• Provide excellent customer service
• Promote loyalty and rewards programmes
• Manage cash flow according to company procedures
• Process authorised refunds and exchanges
• Ensure all stock is scanned and paid for
• Report suspicious activities and security concerns
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers
• Assist customers with product and store queries
