About the Position

BCE FoodService Equipment is seeking a dedicated General Cleaner to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across offices, showrooms, warehouses, and other company facilities.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
• Experience in a similar cleaning role
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment
• Basic health and safety or first aid training (advantageous)
• Sober habits
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Willingness to work overtime when required

Key Responsibilities

• Clean assigned work areas daily
• Empty, clean, and manage waste bins
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors
• Vacuum and spot-clean carpets
• Dust and clean furniture, shelves, cupboards, and windowsills
• Refill consumable supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
• Clean toilets, urinals, basins, and drinking fountains
• Perform specialised cleaning in showrooms, offices, and warehouse areas
• Clean warehouse racking and stacking areas
