FIDELITY SECURITY DRIVER VACANCY

Fidelity Services Group is looking for a qualified Grade A/B Security Driver to join its team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

This is a permanent position focused on the safe and secure transportation of personnel, valuable assets and sensitive materials while following required security procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Valid PSIRA Grade A or Grade B certificate
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Proven security-driving experience
• Good understanding of security procedures and vehicle operations
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Good knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
• Good navigation skills
• Strong observational and security-awareness skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends

Important: Only applicants with a valid PSIRA Grade A or Grade B certificate will be considered.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

• Safely operate security vehicles.
• Follow traffic laws and safe-driving practices.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips.
• Conduct security checks before transporting passengers or making deliveries.
• Remain alert during transportation.
• Identify and respond appropriately to potential security concerns.
• Work with security personnel and coordination teams.
• Follow approved transportation and security plans.
• Record travel routes and times.
• Document relevant incidents occurring during transportation.
• Provide professional service to clients and colleagues.
• Participate in ongoing security and driver training.
• Follow company security protocols and operational procedures.
