MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have:

• Matric / Grade 12 – essential
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience
• Luxury or fashion retail experience is preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and accuracy.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Good teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for fashion, footwear and customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Customer Service & Sales

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with purchases.
• Provide product information and styling advice.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Support the store in achieving sales success.

Cash Handling

• Perform cash desk duties accurately.
• Manage daily cash-control procedures.
• Assist with banking processes.
• Process manual transactions correctly.

Stock Management

• Complete daily stock procedures.
• Manage customer orders.
• Conduct weekly stock counts.
• Keep the storeroom organised.
• Complete shoe-pairing exercises.
• Help maintain accurate stock and displays.
