REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 (Matric) (Essential)
• 6 months to 1 year retail experience (Luxury or fashion retail preferred)
• Passion for luxury fashion, footwear, and customer service
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cash Control

• Process cash desk transactions accurately
• Ensure zero cash variances
• Follow daily cash control and banking procedures
• Handle manual transactions when required

Stock Management

• Perform daily stock procedures
• Assist with customer orders
• Conduct weekly stock counts
• Keep the storeroom organised
• Complete shoe pairing exercises

Customer Service

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Assist customers with product selection
• Build strong customer relationships
• Maintain Spitz’s premium brand standards
