About the Role

Mr Price Money is looking for a customer-focused Call Centre Agent to assist with new account applications, customer queries, employment verification, and account-related administration. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with call centre experience who enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Minimum 1 year call centre experience
• Experience supporting customer accounts, account verification, updates, and issue resolution
• Knowledge of:
  • Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
  • POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act)
  • National Credit Act (NCA)
  • ICASA regulations
• Computer literacy
• Strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and correspondence professionally
• Verify employment and personal information provided on store card applications
• Update customer information on relevant systems
• Process store card applications
• Review customer financial documents
• Request outstanding supporting documents from customers
• Provide guidance during the application process
• Ensure excellent customer service and minimize complaints
