About the Role

Mr Price Money is looking for a customer-focused Call Centre Agent to assist with new account applications, customer queries, employment verification, and account-related administration. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with call centre experience who enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
Minimum 1 year call centre experience
Experience supporting customer accounts, account verification, updates, and issue resolution
Knowledge of:
- Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
- POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act)
- National Credit Act (NCA)
- ICASA regulations
Computer literacy
Strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and correspondence professionally
Verify employment and personal information provided on store card applications
Update customer information on relevant systems
Process store card applications
Review customer financial documents
Request outstanding supporting documents from customers
Provide guidance during the application process
Ensure excellent customer service and minimize complaints
