CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Excellent customer care and communication skills.
• Ability to engage positively with customers.
• Provide friendly and helpful service.

TILL / CASHIER SKILLS

• Accurate and efficient operation of a till/cash register.
• Ability to maintain correct till balances.
• Good record of minimising till overs and unders.

SALES FLOOR STANDARDS

• Maintain a consistently high standard of work on the sales floor.
• Maintain good housekeeping and store presentation standards.
• Willingness to take initiative when required.

ATTENDANCE AND TIMEKEEPING

• Good attendance record.
• Reliable and punctual.
