MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Previous working experience in the hospitality industry
• Basic knowledge of food preparation
• Good communication skills
• Good personal hygiene and presentation
• Passion for providing excellent customer service

ADDED ADVANTAGES

• Culinary Arts qualification

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

• Perform various food-production duties.
• Assist with basic food preparation.
• Provide general support with food-service operations.
• Assist with front-of-house duties.
• Provide back-of-house support when required.
• Follow Health & Safety requirements.
• Follow Food Safety regulations.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and presentation.
• Help provide a high standard of service to customers and clients.
• Assist with other general operational duties when required.
