KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Assist with in-store, drive-thru and online pickup orders.
• Present food and drinks correctly and on time.
• Check orders against receipts and special customer requests.
• Maintain cleanliness around counters, dining areas and presentation stations.

• Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain smooth order flow.
• Handle minor customer concerns professionally.
• Escalate customer issues when necessary.
• Replenish cups, lids, sauces, napkins and other required items.
• Help maintain service, quality and productivity standards.
