JOB DESCRIPTION

The General Worker will be responsible for supporting production activities, including manufacturing, blending, assembling, packing and preparing products for dispatch while maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manufacture TCIA at Element Road according to product specifications and required filling rates.
• Blend, assemble and pack TCIA/Floaters products.
• Convert raw materials into finished products according to stated product specifications.
• Pack finished products into the correct packaging at optimum production rates.
• Convert raw materials into tablets and/or powder blends in accordance with product specifications.
• Assemble product containers.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards throughout the production facility.
• Maintain and comply with all workplace safety standards.
• Report any equipment abnormalities to the Line Leader.
• Report product abnormalities, losses or gains to the Line Leader.
• Prepare finished products for dispatch.
• Ensure production activities are carried out according to the required procedures and specifications.
• Perform any other general responsibilities allocated by Management.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised production environment.
