PURPOSE

To ensure that quality products are received and prepared for customers according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOPs.
• Maintain food safety standards according to SOPs.
• Prepare menu items according to SOPs while maintaining speed of service.
• Provide excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant or fast-food service experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
