REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
• National Diploma in Finance will be an added advantage
• One (1) year finance-related experience will be an added advantage
• Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of PFMA, SAP, BAS, Treasury Regulations and Public Service legislation will be an added advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

DUTIES:

• Receive and process invoices
• Perform salary administration support services
• Perform bookkeeping duties
• Capture and update expenditure records
• Check travel and subsistence claims for approval
• Manage petty cash and telephone accounts
• Capture budget information
• Distribute salary advice to officials
• Check and capture payables on SAP
