DRIVER – AFGRI (CAROLINA)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12
• At least 1 year of heavy vehicle driving experience
• Experience in an agricultural environment will be an advantage
• Valid Code 10 (C1) driver’s licence with PDP
• Knowledge of GPS and map reading
• Basic knowledge of farming activities and agricultural products
• Good verbal and written communication skills

DUTIES:
• Deliver and distribute stock professionally and efficiently
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
• Assist with stock counts and manage stock on the vehicle
• Load and offload stock safely
• Complete the vehicle logbook daily
• Report delays, incidents and vehicle defects to the line manager
