Purpose of the Learnership
The purpose of this learnership is to develop and qualify successful candidates as Artisans in various engineering trades.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy) and Physical Science with a minimum E symbol (40%), plus two relevant N2 trade subjects.
OR
- Minimum N2 qualification with four relevant trade-related subjects.

Additional Requirements
- Minimum E Symbol (40%) in required subjects.
- F symbols will not be accepted.
- Must be willing to undergo psychometric assessments.
- Must be willing to work shifts, standby duties, and call-outs when required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Innovative and self-motivated.
- Ability to identify faults independently.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Certificate of Fitness.
- Valid K53 driver’s licence.
- No criminal record.
Advantageous
- Previous mining industry experience.
