AVI Logistics Support Services is seeking honest, trustworthy, and experienced Code 14 Drivers to join the Isando Distribution Centre team and ensure the safe and timely delivery of products.

Reporting To

Transport Manager

Key Performance Areas

• Customer liaison and professional interaction.
• Ensure vehicles are operated responsibly and efficiently at all times.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Excellent product handling and delivery practices.
• Maintain excellent timekeeping records.
• Willingness to work extended hours and sleep out when required.
• Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) transport requirements.
• Handle stressful situations effectively.

Minimum Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar driving role.
• Experience transporting large loads.
• Valid EC (Code 14) driver’s licence.
• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.

Additional Requirements

• Valid Code 14 Driver’s Licence (essential).
• Excellent vehicle handling and driving skills.
• Safe and defensive driving skills.
• Advanced driver training will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and accuracy.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
