Job Description
Senwes is looking for a Cleaner for the Carwash based at the Head Office in Klerksdorp. In this position, you will be responsible for providing thorough cleaning, vacuuming, and polishing of all vehicles making use of the carwash, ensuring both the interior and exterior are maintained to a high standard. The position also supports general cleaning tasks in the archive area during periods when the carwash is not operational.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Wash and clean all types of vehicles (cars, SUVs, bakkies, minibuses, tractors, etc.) and ensure a streak-free finish.
Perform vacuum cleaning and detailed cleaning inside the vehicle, including seats, carpets, and boot areas, and polish tyres and clean rims.
Ensure the carwash area and equipment are kept clean, safe, and in good working order at all times.
Follow proper handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Adhere to company health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Provide friendly, professional service to personnel using the carwash.
During periods when the carwash cannot operate (e.g., rainy weather), the Cleaner will assist with maintaining the company archives.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: National Senior Certificate. A valid driver’s license is required.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a carwash environment.
