Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately pick and pack orders for shipment in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to pick lists
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipment
- Label and organize packages for easy identification and delivery
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while performing tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management
