Minimum Requirements
N6 Hospitality Certificate.

Post Description
Orders (compiling and placing orders):
Stock taking (food and equipments);
Stock keeping, issuing ingredients;
Nutrition and menu planning;
Assisting lecturers with class demonstrations;
Cooking food for crèche;
Liaising with suppliers;
Generating quotations;
Assist with or planning functions;
Keeping MSDS in the kitchen up to date;
Ensuring kitchen OHS admin is up to date;
Supervise students during functions and restaurant days.
