Location: Centurion, Gauteng

Job Description
Buying Call Centre Agent is responsible for making a minimum of 100 calls a day and saving a minimum of 75 deals per month. The ideal candidate will be driven and motivated, excel in communication and negotiation, deliver exceptional customer service, manage their time effectively, and exhibit a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 100 calls daily to follow up on expired leads
Assign leads to buyers as requested
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
Save a minimum of 75 deals per month
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with buyers and other management to ensure efficient lead management
Analyse leads to prioritise follow-ups and optimise deal closures

Qualifications and experience:

Grade 12
Previous preferably outbound call centre experience
At least 2 years of experience in customer service

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: Shifts 08:00 -17:00, 09:00 – 18:00
Weekends: Every second Saturday and one Sunday a month, for 5 hours from 10:00 – 14:00
