Requirements: Grade 10 or equivalent /Grade 12 or equivalent. Knowledge of: clerical duties, as well as the ability to capture data, operate a computer (Microsoft Office package), Planning and organising reporting procedures. How to do basic research/ gather information. Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations and relevant prescripts, Skills Development Act, Basic Condition of Employment Acts, Policies and procedures, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Employment Equity Act, Batho Pele Principles, Constitution of South Africa. Skills: Mathematical skills, Organising, Ability to perform routine tasks, Basic interpersonal relationships, Communication, Presentation, People Management, Records Management Skills, Problem-solving Maintaining discipline, Formulation, and editing. The following will be an added advantage: Grade 10 with 5 to 10 years of experience/ Grade 12 or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of experience. Computer Certificate (NQF 5) as recognized by SAQA. Experience with MEDICOM or PAAB system, Web-DHIS, and Datacov system.

Duties: The incumbent will be responsible for: Data collection from various Functional Business Units (FBU). Ensure accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly capturing/reporting into various systems. Follow up on data reconciliation and data verification process and provide feedback. Perform other administrative duties. Adhere to the departmental filling system. Run system reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Attend data-related meetings and training.
